2. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to request confirmation of whether your data is processed and receive a full copy of your stored records.
Export your leads, contacts, attendance, and project data in standard structured CSV or JSON formats at any time.
Request complete deletion of your personal data or soft-deactivation of employee profiles from our isolated tenant stores.
Update inaccurate or incomplete records and request restriction of data processing in dispute scenarios.
3. Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
We offer standard Data Processing Agreements (DPA) incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for enterprise tenants operating in the European Economic Area (EEA). To sign a DPA with Kode CRM, please email legal@kodecrm.com.
